This deep-dive workshop is crafted for leaders in CTE who want to leverage AI to elevate their strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities. Over a intensive three session, participants will explore how generative AI can serve as a powerful tool for ideation, problem-solving, and scenario analysis, enabling them to make more informed, creative, and proactive decisions. Attendees will learn to use AI as a thought partner in key areas of leadership, from strategic planning to day-to-day decision-making, transforming AI into a valuable asset in their leadership toolkit.
Hour 1: Understanding AI as a Strategic Partner
In this session, participants will dive into the role of generative AI as a thought partner and explore how AI-driven insights can support high-level strategic thinking. Key focus areas include:
- AI for Strategic Insight: Understanding the types of insights AI can offer, including trend analysis, forecasting, and competitor analysis.
- Strengthening Decision-Making: Using AI to generate potential scenarios, weigh risks, and support data-informed decisions.
- Ideation and Creativity with AI: Leveraging generative AI to brainstorm innovative ideas and expand perspectives, helping leaders overcome cognitive
biases and spark new ideas.
Hour 2: Practical AI Tools for Day-to-Day Leadership
This session covers practical applications of generative AI in daily leadership responsibilities, equipping leaders with tools to streamline operations and enhance team alignment. Topics include:
- AI in Communication and Reporting: Utilizing AI to draft reports, presentations, and communications, saving time while maintaining clarity and
impact. - Efficient Task Management: Exploring AI-driven task management tools that enhance scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Feedback and Team Development: Leveraging AI to collect, analyze, and interpret feedback, helping leaders address team needs more effectively and
create personalized development plans.
Hour 3: Future-Focused Leadership and Continuous Improvement with AI
In the final session, participants will learn to adopt a future-focused mindset, using AI to drive continuous improvement and proactive planning. Key discussion points include:
