Leadership Programs
ACTE’s leadership programs seek to nurture and cultivate the next generation of leaders within career and technical education (CTE). They foster innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Over the course of the programs, they will engage in immersive learning experiences, mentorship opportunities, and strategic projects that will further hone their leadership skills.

The IAED Mentorship Program was created with the goal to provide mentors to ACTE members interested in IAED, and to encourage ACTE members interested in IAED to pursue leadership roles in ACTE.

The State Leadership Training Program’s work is conducted in conjunction with ACTE events; more than 150 state association leaders participated in the sessions. During the meetings, the participants undergo leadership training in addition to specific instruction in association management.
