Criminal Justice Educators of Texas SEVERO PEREZ Scholarship (Students)
The Criminal Justice Educators of Texas, CJET, is an occupational organization of TIVA, and offers the SEVERO PEREZ scholarship for seniors who are in the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security cluster, graduating from a Texas high school, and are planning to enter the public safety field as a career. The award and the amount of the SEVERO PEREZ scholarship is at the discretion of the CJET Board.
Application must be emailed to rebeccaartho@herefordisd.net March 1, 2025 by 5:00 PM.
TIVA CTE Best of Texas (Student)
To recognize senior career and technical education students (CTE) who are doing an outstanding job worthy of recognition. It is essential to provide a tangible incentive for people to excel and for others to strive to reach the point of recognition.

TAIA Scholarship Awards (Students)
$1000 Scholarship For Students Enrolled in a Transportation Cluster Course in Texas!
Qualifications:
- Scholarship is open to any student enrolled in a Transportation Cluster program.
- Students must carry an 85 average in their transportation cluster class.
- Must have completed the second year of at least a two year program.
- Must be pursuing a career in a transportation cluster related field.
- Resume should include accomplishments in their transportation cluster class.
- Instructor must be a T.A.I.A. member in good standing.
