ACTE’s online Communities of Practice, help you network with other educators who share your professional interests around the country.
ACTE’s National Awards Program gives you an opportunity to nominate your colleagues or yourself for recognition on a national stage for outstanding work and dedication to career and technical education.
ACTE offers you the opportunity to obtain college credits needed for license/certificate renewal or salary advancement purposes, through its online courses. These courses are offered through Thomson Learning. With the click of a button, the ACTE Job Bank offers you an additional resource for locating today’s available positions specifically in the career and technical education field
ACTE offers you the opportunity to apply for an ACTE credit card at a special introductory rate through a partnership with Bank of America. Bank of America also offers you special yields on Certificate of Deposit and Money Market Deposit Accounts.
ACTE provides you with a $25,000 policy for common carrier accidental death and dismemberment insurance within the first year of annual membership through the Forrest T. Jones Insurance Company. The policy increases by $5,000 annually with continuous renewal of membership (up to a maximum of $50,000). In addition, you have access to affordable insurance options through ACTE’s group buying program, including liability; identify theft and others (see the membership brochure). Please note, this is restricted to U.S. members only.
You receive on registration fees for all professional development activities, subscriptions, books, guides, audio tapes, and videotapes that are made available through the Association.
